Our company has developed technology for 500kV and below power transformers and shunt reactors. And has established long-term cooperative relationships with multiple domestic universities and research institutes such as Shenyang Transformer Research Bureau. The company currently has over 260 employees, including 48 technical personnel and 12 senior engineers.

In the past three years, as a provincial-level technology center and key scientific research enterprise in Liaoning Province, our company has invested 5 million yuan annually in product operation and technological improvement. We have completed 15 scientific research projects, including 1 national new product award and 10 provincial-level new product and scientific progress award products. Among them, 10 products have been successfully transformed into production, 5 products have been rated as national torch projects, and our products have been included in the legally recommended product catalog for China's urban and rural renovation projects for three consecutive years. The product has the characteristics of low loss, low noise, low partial discharge, and strong short-circuit resistance. All products can undergo free assembly and lifting tests and structural inspections before leaving the factory.

The SFSZ10-240000/220 power transformer has successfully passed the type test and special test (including short-circuit test) and inspection of the China National Supervision and Testing Center. The power transformers SSZ11-240000/220 and SZ11-50000/110 have been tested and certified by the CESI testing center in Italy. The SSZ11-240000/220 power transformer has passed the testing and obtained the certificate of China Transformer Quality National Certification and Supervision Testing Center. The shunt reactor BKD-1000000/500 has passed the type test and special test specified by IEC standards.

The company has established a local network between all workshops of Huludao Power for product design, data translation, and manufacturing equipment, such as AUTOCAD+INVENTOR 2D and 3D drawing tools, PDM, CAPP, ERP for information management from contract input to finished product output.
