In order to reduce quality fluctuations in the production process, our company has developed detailed standards and procedures as guidance, equipped with 72 testing instruments, 28 quality inspectors, and 4 dedicated testing stations to conduct full process testing on semi-finished and finished products. Special arrangements have been made for engineers and chief designers to be responsible for raw material procurement until the product leaves the factory, achieving a one-time finished product process qualification rate of 99% and an oil leakage rate of less than 0.6%.
